This Quest builds the Ballroom, a Quest Building that gives the usual 200 Coins and 50 XP that most other Quest Buildings give. But instead of regenerating every 24 hours like most, the Ballroom regenerates every 5 hours! So prioritize this Quest once you have upgraded Valentine's Crafting to Level 3 and can produce the necessary Box of Sweets for Phase 8.
